I was just sittin around at home last night and I came across a sermon by Rolland Baker at www.fathersglory.com and it is one of the most amazing things I've ever heard. My whole focus here has shifted and I see what has inspired me so much the last few years. Words cant describe it, cause it is the heart of what Christianity is, not what the church has made it. I wept over and over during and after it; repenting to God about how I had forgotten what I hold most dear in this life. About the thing which gives my life purpose and drive. (As always, dont take me too much out of context. I love my family and friends, etc). Last night I was literally touched by the fire of God, and it's not the awesome, 'cool' thing that a lot of christians think it is. It hurts, it breaks you, it forces you to do what Jesus would do. It burns away your flesh until you die, but it's good; there is a way no other. Watch this if you dare; it's quite a dangerous word.
This is the life of the layed down lovers, We have to fight to remember what we have been given. For many years it has been taken away from us and given over to setin!! and we have given it to him.
ReplyDeleteIt was the life given to adam and he gave it over and now we have been given it back by Christ, but its much more personal then we think. He has come to u and givin the gift to u!! Telling u to run and never let it go. Be the keeper of it and give it to those who u find that will Give there lives for it. For it is The Heart of are King.
Oh my gosh, so i am offline for two week sand your world goes crazy! i have just about caught up and i LOVE whati read! didvine encounters, provision, God rocking ur world, continuing to eep you active in your search of Him nad the foundational solidifying of your identity in Him, Love IT!!!!

God is doing incredible stuff here, i would blog it but my internt is RUBBISH but i think we need a good phone call cometime or...even better....geturself to KANSAS!!!! ;) i miss you bro x
