I hope this is expressing the importance of money in spreading the Gospel rather than a cheap kick at the church that has money. If the church has it's money removed than who is going to finance the sending? Remove the money from the church and you not only end the church but you end the missionaries that the church sends.
Lord please help the church to receive all the finances it can so that it can give all it can.
