............but, is that a good thing? I think so. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's good to see friends and family, but I feel very uneasy about being home again. I absolutely love my family, and I totally know that God has brought me back here for a reason, even if it's for just a short time, but. It's an almost surreal feeling. It may sound harsh and cold, but it's just what it is. The last couple days in St Catharines were ones of immense intensity. I normally don't mind 'good-byes'; it's something that I have never had a hard thing doing. It was different this time. I had a time of prayer at the Vine with Earl, Kyle, and the Brown's on thursday night that has literally been unmatched in passion/intensity in my life. I left feeling incredibly heavy; drained. I said that I would not want many of those experiences to happen again (but would I?). The prayers prayed were ones of laid down desperation. Prayers that 'Christians' would like to pray, but don't really have the guts, or the belief, to. Not that we did either, but we were desperate for God to take away all of our peace apart from His will. Prayers that say, "Lord, give us no peace, no rest, no joy even, apart from Your will." Prayers like this aren't the glorious 'hallelujah' type we here in the west are accustomed to. They are born out of a soul's unequal hunger to be broken for the things that God's heart are broken over. These prayers hurt, and they're supposed to. A revivalist once said something to this effect: God makes things out of nothing. So until a man is nothing God cannot make something out of him. Thats hardcore. In this mindset, we bravely/stupidly pray, not knowing the dire consequences it will have on our life, our conscience, our decisions. Really though, is there any other way? There is, but it doesnt lead through the narrow gate, it leads through the wide one. I would like to have the time here on PEI to be introspective, but I simply don't. Maybe thats a good thing. There are some things in my mind now that are better not to think of.
In extrospect, Heymans dropped me off at the Toronto Airport this afternoon and I flew back to PEI. My mom and step dad, aunt, and brother, step sis, and nephew were all at the Charlottetown Airport to welcome me. I visited Danny on the way to Mom's and he insisted I drive his LeBaron convertible for a few days, and gave me some money to even gas it up. I am loved, and it's humbling. Sometimes thinking about how much God has blessed me, it's hard not to cry. Passion is burning in me right now, it's reaching a fever pitch. Times like this have been few, but they have been there nonetheless. Something immense has been birthed in these times in the past, but this time........? Potential; a big word. Can I tarry? I pray I can. Lord, help me. Strengthen me.

a day Most Holy / there's a fire in the house
Today may have been the best day of the school year. It started as a student appreciation breakfast, which was interrupted by the fire alarm randomly and uncharacteristically going off. So we all had to grab our plates of food and book it outside in the cold for about 15min (to make matters worse, I don't wear shoes in class so I was out in my socks!!!). When we went inside I seen 3 firemen walking around the kitchen looking for any trace of fire, but there was none. I joked with a couple of my classmates about how there was reports of fire at the Azusa St church back in the day, but when the fire dept got to the scene there was no fire. The Azusa St revival was one of the biggest events in the Church's history. Anyways, we finished our breakfast and went upstairs to do some worship. It was a day of prayer at CBC and it was filled with prayer and some preaching by Pastor Peter about where he believed Holy Spirit was directing NCC in the near future.
Near the end of the day, we all came up to the altar and had a time of 'drawing near' to God, which was followed by a time of ministering to each other. I was standing alone and Pastor George laid his hands on my shoulders from behind and started praying for me. Future aspirations were voiced and I broke down, realizing just how much of a broken vessel I am, and that to be regarded by God as fit for His service is a thing more humbling than any other.
There was a Spiritual shift today, and some entered, and some didn't. The Lord took my feet out from under me today, and here I sit still, looking up into the Glory of His Presence. It's a quiet place, one where words mean little.

wednesday morning prayer meeting
There is a 9-11 scene with two huge towers constructed in the middle of a huge parklike area. It's actually like a forest but the trees are so small in comparison to the buildings that it looks more like a park. The two buildings are part of no city, they are out in the open, all alone and unhidden. The sun is shining in more than all it's strength. It's intense. Planes are flying towards the towers. There are people in the buildings and some are leaping out to their death from fear of the attacking enemy. The other people are standing in front of the windows with their eyes closed and their arms outstretched, worshipping the sun. The roofs are lit on fire by the extreme heat of the sun; they burst into flames. The sky is cloudless, it's a beautiful (but extremely hot!) day.
As the planes collide with the building they leave only small damage and minimal wreckage as they crumple against the awesome stability and solid structure of the towers. The scars that are left from the planes are minimal, but necessary.
The people in the buildings are fearless, eyes closed, worshipping God, as the planes collide, over and over again against the building. The onslaught ceases and the Believers radiate with the same heat and light as that which they worship.
The interpretation:
the sun = Jesus
planes = enemies attacks
jumping people = christians that are not strong in their relationship with the Lord
worshippers = Believers that know their standing in Christ
the towers = the temple of Holy Spirit
the area the towers are in = the life centered in God
no clouds in the sky = the strength of the Almighty in relation to the attacks of the enemy
fire roofs = the anointing the mature Believers will recieve to resist the enemy
the radiation at the end = the anointing the mature Believers will carry throughout their lives
This was a vision type thing that I recieved at the prayer meeting yesterday morning. It is one of the most indepth visions I have recieved in my walk with the Lord. It pales only in comparison to a couple I had in Pemba at the mission school. Pretty crazy. Just the beginning................or continuation..................
